Carlton Barns is available to book for either two or four people.
If booking for two people you will have access to the main living area and the master bedroom (the Tractor shed).
If booking for four people you will have access to the living area and both bedrooms.

Twin / Double Room
Known as the 'Wash house', this bedroom can be set up as a Twin or Super king, let us know your preference when booking. The room has a fresh modern theme and boasts an ensuite bathroom. This room leads to the main living area but can also be accessed by a separate door leading to the outside patio area.

Patio Area
A wonderful patio terrace that runs the length of the Barn. Two sets of tables and chairs makes this a lovely place to eat breakfast in the morning sun overlooking the verdant courtyard.
Indoor Barn Seating
A Beautiful indoor seating space that can be used throughought the summer months to take tea, have meals or read a good book. A lovely cool area to escape the summer heat, the indoor barn seating area has big glazed windows that look out across a beautiful lawn and garden.

Mature Gardens
Beautiful verdant gardens which are a joy to explore. There is a secluded area with tables and chairs which is a lovely spot to sit with a cup or tea/coffee or maybe a G&T

The kitchen/open plan living area has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, toaster and 43” Smart TV. Iron and ironing board are available.
Toiletries, hairdryers, linen and towels are provided.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits available.
Selection of books, brochures, maps of area.
Facilities for children, including a travel cot are available - Please contact Denise to discuss.
Although Carlton Barns is a Self-Catered property David and Denise can offer either a Continental or a cooked breakfast if arranged in advance. Please do get in contact if you would like to arrange this service.
